Mike Mo's Fully Flared number 12? I'm a little offended!!! XD
ОтветитьRIP Rieder🖤
ОтветитьYo this list is sick as fuck and thank you for including nyjahs element part that took wisdom
ОтветитьJeremy Wray the ollie
Ответитьngl even tho i liked nyjah when he was 13 yo i dont like him anymore but cant argue that rise n shine part is prolly best video ever. every trick he does could have been banger
Ответитьheath kirchart sight unseen? what am I missing here
ОтветитьBastien
ОтветитьRodney Mullen virtual reality
ОтветитьThat is the funniest shit I've ever heard about the Hell's Angels. Fat biker offended by your lolololol hell's angels are clowns.
ОтветитьI won a copy of rise and shine. It was incredible
ОтветитьAlmost round 2 mullen/daewon could have been added. But all these videos were sick
ОтветитьI like the selection, and I revere Gonz, but to me Pat Duffy should be #1. It's probably the part that the OGs that came to the Nine Club refered the most to. It shifted skateboard, not to another level, but to a new dimension. Of course there are a lot of skateboarders that are more "important" in History than Duffy (and Gonz is arguably the most influential street skateboarder of all time), but that part left a print so deep, that it's just unmatched.
ОтветитьI'm going to be blasphemous, but to me Gonz's part should not be #1, and it probably should not be on the list.
Don't get me wrong, I pick Gonz every day at the #1 spot of a "most influential street skateboarders" list.
And "Video Days" might end at #1 of a "most influential skateboard vids" list.
But the Gonz part in itself was not THAT influential. It's still one of my favorite, it's the very essence of skateboarding, and it's totally AMAZING how a pioneer like Gonz kept up, while Natas, Hensley or Vallely were kind of overwhelmed by the new scene in '91. BUT I think the skaters that watched this back in '91 were more influenced by Guy, Rudy or Jason Lee's parts.
Chris Cole should’ve been on here for New Blood or Ride the Sky. Both were as innovative and earth shattering as Kostons Yeah Right.
ОтветитьI was a Dylan fan for sure, but he’s gotten the Kobe treatment I feel. That because of his early death, people have overstated their rankings a bit. Dylan’s Gravis part was definitely influential in being one of the first online, single skater videos. But no way was it a better part than Chris Coles “Ride the Sky”. Or Danny Ways “DC Video”.
Would also have argued for
Mark Appleyard: Really Sorry
Billy Marks: Good & Evil
Jamie Thomas: Dying to Live
I can agree with a few on the list but overall it’s a C- for me. It’s too all over the place, one minute they’re praising style and gnarly factor over technical ability and the next they’re flip flopping. Come up with a criteria and stick with it please! No hating, but this is why lists don’t work in a lifestyle ruled by subjectivity, everyone has a preference whether it be a stylish skater or a technical skater or something in between. Love Mullen for his technical ability, love Kirchart or Dixon for their style, love Reynolds or Koston for their longevity it doesn’t matter skateboarding is skateboarding so respect to anyone who picks up a board and LOVES THIS LIFE
ОтветитьI’m glad to see mike mo made the list. I started skating in the mid 2000’s and watched so many skate videos from the early 2000’s on. When I watched fully flared for the first time I felt like skateboarding took a huge leap and his part had a lot to do with it.
ОтветитьEric Koston Menikmati was the best for a while
ОтветитьIt’s criminal that Rodney Mullen’s Questionable part Isn’t on every best part list in history.
ОтветитьAgree with Arto, Koston, PJ, Reynolds but no Jamie Thomas, P-Rod, Geoff Rowley or Daewon Song? Get outta here 🤥
ОтветитьSorry Mike Mo you're bumped, MJ deserves the spot.
ОтветитьThough this list is great, it is missing a key component: ANIMAL CHIN! Other that, I love everything about Shredz Shop.
ОтветитьI remember watching a skateboard video like 15 years ago, where there was a guy destroying a mini skate. And after the video, he did the same tricks on a regular skateboard. Do you guys know this video ?
ОтветитьLevi's Shop is looking a little like an old lady's house with crap all over the walls.
ОтветитьKoston, Reynolds and TNT all equal in my opinion.
ОтветитьHeath sight unseen though
ОтветитьLoved that in the Saari part you put that nollie heel hippie jump that is actually not Arto
ОтветитьNo Muska? Shocking
ОтветитьThat last Frankie Hill gap literally made me say Woah lol, that looks so old too.
ОтветитьTos Poppins
ОтветитьThat poor guy in the beginning those stairs exploded and his friends didn't make it?
ОтветитьLewis Marnell-almost 5 incher-if you haven’t seen it check it out 5/5 style. Rob dyrdek photosynthesis, Stevie Williams it’s official. Honestly so many great parts😂so raw
ОтветитьI knew pj Ladd was gonna be there. He was a different kind of technical at that time.
ОтветитьNice. As soon as P Duffy's part I was waiting for got the mention I was like yep, this guy fucks 😂 Bastien or Appleyard's Sorry parts, Dustin B3, or Jason Dill in Photosynthesis could've been in there. I do feel Tony Hawk's The End part should've placed, it's iconic af. But hey, vert isn't as cool, right?! But as a top 12, you can't really argue with this list 👌
ОтветитьDuffy's part should have been higher on the list for sure, as well as missing Jaimie's Welcome to Hell part, and replace one of the people on the list with Either Guy Mariano's Mouse or Fully Flared.
ОтветитьHeath Kirchart - Sight Unseen
One of the few parts that truly shows skating as an art form.
Cole, .Bam, P Rod, Dustin, Mullen ,Natas, Muska, TK , this is the bs list ever
ОтветитьIf this video was made today, I want to believe we’d see Tyshawn Jones “The General” part making the list 😉
ОтветитьNo Natas Kaupas, no Danny Gonzalez? No Bones Brigade, no Fulfill the Dream, no Sorry? I strongly disagree
ОтветитьUmmmm so we're gonna act like daewon song almost round 3 part isn't the GOAT? Lol good list tho
ОтветитьMullen has a few parts I could watch on loop without getting bored lol
Round 3 is probably the best one.
● the muska- fulfill the dream
● Jamie thomas - welcome 2 hell
● Heath kirchart- sight unseen
I remember the pj ladd part when it came out. Was nuts, also liked colt cannon wheels of fortune part, might not be the top part but influenced my stylr alot.

Jason Dill – "Photosynthesis" (2000, Alien Workshop)
Josh Kalis – "Time Code" (1997, Alien Workshop)
Lucas Puig – "Fully Flared" (2007, Lakai)
Stevie Williams – "The DC Video" (2003, DC Shoes)
Bastien Salabanzi – "Sorry" (2002, Flip)

Mike Carroll – "Mouse" (1996, Girl Skateboards)
Koston was my favourite skater, as a young lad. I had his Koston 2's and the 3's when he was on Es. I Skated a Toy Machine team board though, as I never really got why a company was called "Girl" lol. I got a Toy Machine team board, as there was only like 4 boards in my local at the time, and that's the one I liked the most. It was also an 8.25, which was considered "huge" in like 96, Lol.
Because that's what I learned on though, 8.25 is still my size, today. I have a 9 and change, Deerman shape I am building next though. Sheer nostalgia factor, as this was what boards looked like when I was a little Kid, and what my first actual board was like. It was the equivalent of a Wallmart board though, and even had plastic trucks :D
Nyjah's Dad didn't seem like a great person, from what I've seen. using Rastafarianism as a guise for his over bearing, controlling nature? I mean maybe I have it wrong, but that's what I got from what I've heard about the whole situation. At the same time though, did him pushing Nyjah the way he did, help turn him into the skater he is now, or was he always going to be that good?
ОтветитьNot a single Geoff rowley or Jamie Thomas video???
ОтветитьMcCrank part > Koston part
ОтветитьIn your opinion, what are the best video parts of all time and why?! Do you agreed with our pics, or are we fat morons?! Let us know below.
