You made me feel so seen! I’m not where I want to be this year either. My kids are 12 and 14 and I thought being a mom gets easier as they get older, but it actually gets even more time consuming. Finding time for personal growth is a challenge. Thank you for speaking your heart. It helps people ❤️

Girl I felt you when you said the year is not ending how you wanted it too. I started IVF in October and I was so hoping I’d be pregnant before the end of the year. The best thing we can do is give ourselves grace and approach everything with love.
Next year will be our year🎉❤

Yes, hype yourself up always. ❤️ I feel similar in that I had a hiccup in my training this year where I wasn’t able to train for over a month and even when I got back, I had to be careful for a few months. Needless to say, did not get anywhere close to my goals. But you know what? Having been over 6 months out from that setback, I realized it was honestly one of the better things to happen. My training feels different now, almost better because I was able to slow down and work on my form and remind myself why I loved training. I feel so much more solid and confident heading into the next year as I bulk than I probably ever have. Thank you for being so vulnerable and sharing your experience this year. ❤

Thank you for sharing your life with us, I'm not where I wanted to be at the end of the year either. 2 months ago I survived a stroke & recovery has been tough physically but mostly mentally. Your bright, strong spirit inspires me to keep at it to be the very best I can be! Your family is in my prayers. 💯❤️🙏
