This company has built a huge logistics centre in Czech Republic near where I live. The centre caters only to large corporations, small and medium sized businesses have not been considered in these constructions. The construction is right on the edge of a forrest. The centre has little long term benefit for the towns and areas directly surrounding the park, as The area already has full employment. The centre will only make it harder for small businesses to obtain labour. Not one solar panel on any roof around here. The company has 38 parks in the Czech Republic, and one eco friendly one in Holland.
