Every place in tampa you look up on google maps is not where it says it is. Everything is a lie. They only hire gays, people of color, and disabled (work opportunity tax credit) this place is absolutely bullshit. They will not hire anyone for any job unless they can pay for their salary in the tax breaks. Even construction workers, rax credits or illegal immigrants only. Do not even bother.
ОтветитьThanks for the info rodney
ОтветитьI haven’t seen a comment section this negative in a very long time. Why are people so angry my goodness. This is like Twitter down here. It’s crazy. This is a good video and I appreciate the information.
ОтветитьHello. I'm considering moving to Tampa due to a job offer. What are your thoughts about moving there after the recent hurricanes?
ОтветитьYour editing is amazing. Is your editor looking for more work?
ОтветитьIm trying to sell my house in Minnesota to move down to Florida. I was there 1 month ago looking for a place to live. I found Brandon. Nice place. Now im wondering if i should still move down. Its hard to know whats going on down there after the storms. I wouldnt be buying, i would be renting. Can you help?
ОтветитьThis didn't age well. Living in Tampa comes with the constant threat of devastating hurricanes and severe flooding, making it one of the most vulnerable cities in the U.S. for storm-related disasters.
ОтветитьSince you're a realtor, will you be making a followup video about how to survive hurricanes.
ОтветитьIt's hot and oppressive for 7 months ...
ОтветитьThat's why I don't travel to Tampa or any city in Florida in the fall or winter. I hate the heat.
ОтветитьHope you fare ok with none or at the most, minimal damage. 🙏
Thanks, I tried that cost of living calculator and I was really surprised.
I compared Cleveland to Detroit and Tampa. Cost of living in Detroit is 12% higher than in Cleveland, and Tampa is 6% higher.
This has to be the most poorly timed video I’ve ever seen.
ОтветитьRan to Miami like a real transplant.
ОтветитьLived in Tampa is sucked. Now you can add major hurricanes.
ОтветитьNope i would never live here you can have it the sunshine the clear blue waters& all water activities that come along with it,no taxes.etc etc as none of that is worth losing a loved one( or yours), go figure. Just sayin
ОтветитьSadly there will be more alligators in the streets after hurricane Milton passes thru. Hope residents and their pets are seriously evacuating the area.
ОтветитьAre you evacuating?
Ответитьwhat is your plan for the hurricane?
ОтветитьCanes are back!!!🙌🏽
Ответитьit looks like its hitting Indian Rocks Beach directly, Reventure says Tampa can never recover from this and the barrier islands will be demolished. This is so sad. Be Safe!
ОтветитьBut now hurricanes
ОтветитьI’m living in Tampa cause I watched my old movie cop and a half and plus I just love Tampa ❤
ОтветитьHello! I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and wanted to check in about the coming up hurricane? Two in a row? Are you guys going to evacuate? Could you make a video about this coming up hurricane? Might be a direct hit!
ОтветитьAs we stare down the barrel at hurricane Milton….there’s your context.
ОтветитьYa, people think it's humid here haven't ever been to the greater Houston area in summer. 115F and 90% humidity makes this feel chilly. Lol. I moved here from Kemah Texas. I'll take this all year thank you.
ОтветитьDealing with multiple evacuations each year with either the "threat of" or "aftermath from" Tropical Storms or Hurricanes is exhausting and wears a person down even if you inccur no damage.
ОтветитьT_^_MP_^_
ОтветитьI used to dream of moving to Tampa, but after spending a few months there over the winter for a few years, I am always rather happy to put Florida into my rear view mirror heading back to the midwest for awesome spring and summer fun. Way better weather and I can jump in any water without worrying if I will survive. Not to mention the absurd traffic and housing costs in Florida cities, an RV is the best property to own.
ОтветитьAnother potential 🌀 on the way. Insurance rates through the roof. Stay away.
ОтветитьYou dropped so many gems in this vid (as usual). Gotta say that your work is certainly appreciated. If I happen to move to Tampa, you’ll be the first on my list to call!
ОтветитьHi from Michigan Juan. Always look forward to your videos.
ОтветитьDiana and I are still planning our move to the Tampa Bay area. Can't wait. We're coming back this weekend to look at some locations again.
ОтветитьI like your videos. It is encouraging. Good information. Do you know some areas that are good neighborhoods for apartments?
ОтветитьAs always great video!
