Is Yoga difficult to practice?

What ever duty we do in the world, we should attach our mind with God called Karma yog.

What a beautiful definition of Karm yog.. we should always practice to do it.. it's the best way to engage mind in God by remaining in this materialistic world.

Trying to keep the mind in God and doing the normal duty has its own benefit. The system keeps the mind away from anger, greed, hatred and all the lower natures.

Karmyog means karm plus yog.We should attach our mind to God while doing the worldly duties. So that we are free from anger ,envy,greed,hatred and ego .And our mind is in yog.Thank you Swamiji.

Becoming a karm yogi isn't as daunting as it may seem. That's absolutely true. Engaging in karm is essential, as we are here in this world with a purpose, and it's our duty to fulfill it. Remaining in a state of yog while carrying out our karm makes us a true yogi. Refraining from indulging in our inner desires while performing our duties is the epitome of being a karm yogi.

At first it may be difficult in karmyog but by constant practice and firm determination it feels easy 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Swamiji has beautifully explained karm yog. He explains in karm yog we don't need to focus our mind on god. We should focus on the subject of our work trying to do with our best ability with the sole aim to please God. One more aspect to karm yog he explained is we should make god sit near our workplace and have the feeling all the time that God is watching. This way whatever karma we do becomes karm yog❤️🙏
