Marvin worked for the mother victim and trusted him
Gave him rides ect
He abused her and her daughter in return
Marvin knocked on the door to the trailer home
Asking for a ride home
They abused the mother
They take her car then back to the trailer home where the 14 year old is
He knocked on the door
The 14 year old looked out the window and saw her mom's pick up truck
14 year old opens the door and sees Marvin standing there
She tries to close the door
There is a struggle when he pushed his way in
After Marvin got in the trailer
He pushed the 14 year old to the floor and started violating
Marvin's co defendant who also worked for the family was intent on robbing the trailer and got Marvin to stop violating the victim
Marvin co defendant then gagged the 14 year old victim with socks and tied her hands with speaker wire from a stereo
They then started to rob the trailer
The co defendant of Marvin grabs a steak knife and threatened to scalp the 14 year old victim
When they were done robbing the trailer
Marvin forced the 14 year old victim who was only wearing a t shirt into the pick up truck and drove her to her mother's abuse site

They did confess
However later said they confessed because they were tired
Claiming they had not slept or eaten
Imagine being the mother that had to have felt she was unable at the time to protect her child
