Planning buying a second home there. I’m from OC California I’m retired and I want to move away to a different place see different things and eventually move there permanently. So there was not too many cons! Great! The animal are a scary thing but I’m sure we just have to try to avoid them.
How is renting prices there and how well do people rent there? Is old town a good place to buy property verses the other parts of town???

There are pros moving to Scottsdale? Well, I guess if you're a stuck up snob that naturally looks down their nose at everyone else. I guess it's okay. Otherwise, normal people avoid "snobsdale" as locals like to call it.
