Jessica I did most of the exercises standing up and about the last 12 minutes sat down. Thank You I loved it and now I will continue with the next one.

ОтветитьI had ordered a pilates ring today so I did a 20 minute seated workout pilates ring with another lady's channel and when I got through I said I think I can do Jessica too but when I started on one of the 30 minute videos my tailbone was hurting cause I fell on it almost 2 months ago so I switched to this 25 minute one and I feel so proud of myself I love your videos ❤
