After delivering T-shirts & other clothing parcels to over 8000 addresses I am sharing my views. 1) The T-shirt business starts quickly with low investment but since every other person offers the same product but with different prints, the market is not so lucrative. Being a low price commodity the following eats the whole profit. 1) Advertising / Customer Acquiring Cost. 2) Delivery Charges, 3) Handling of 1 unit. Instead one should rely on ladies' segments like loungewear / PJ sets where price points are high & thus the margins.

But I have one question.... What about registrations licences, I am from Mumbai and I want to start selling my designs of T-shirts online..... My investment will be 25000... And I will be selling mostly only 50-100 t-shirts every month in the beginning.. I will buy from local market and salel it online....... Ali can you please tell me what registrations are necessary...... Or I should just avoid GST , current bank account in the beginning.... I did so much of researchs but nobody was able to give me correct answer, some website says for E-Commerce GST is necessary... But in comments some people will tell that in the beginning don't go for GST... Buy from local shops and sale instead..... Can you please suggest
