Judge Fleischer really cares about all people that come into his court. It so refreshing that tough love is still practiced today. I had trouble following the rules as a kid and my father used tough love to get me back on track. 65 years later I am a grand father getting ready for a quiet retirement with my wife. I lived life following the same rules all Americans follow. We have lost common sense in some areas or our country and I hope we can make America Sane again.
ОтветитьSad! That homeless dude clearly just needed a pair of pants! 🤦♂️
ОтветитьCASE3: That lawyer &the judge failed Mr Smith. He wasn’t competent enough 2face charges.
CASE4: Very serious proceedings distracted by Attys making noise @the table in the background. Judge was angered by this& shushed them twice. Production quality suffers from this constant babbling & background noises. Shut up!
I never saw a lawyer elbow parents from four feet away.
ОтветитьWtf...zero bond. End of story. He has a rich family that will bond him about. Wtf. He should be behind bars. Home confinement. Wow.
Ответитьcase 4... actionable threat.... this kid will go on to abuse woman if he isnt locked up.... Kid is psychopath just looking at him. ZERO remorse
ОтветитьWhen you cannot spank your kids this is what you end up with.
ОтветитьCorporal punishment should not be illegal. Kids today need to learn Early that there are consequences for bad behavior! “Spare the Rod, Spoil the Child” is proof!🤨☝️
ОтветитьI Absolutely LOVE this Judge! He is Kid and Fair and I wouldnt DARE FK with him
ОтветитьOliver Brown needs to stop playing with his mustache
ОтветитьThoughts on Mr porter is the judge is being genuine to the kid. It is said he is just a kid whos heart was hurting but the judge has to give him a reality check I am sure the judge will end up reducing his bond later or letting him out under the conditions. He knows that child had a whole life ahead of him but he knows the child doesn't understand how simple it is to throw out what could be a great and successful life. I wish when I was seventeen and got in trouble for the first time the judge was as fair as fleischer.
ОтветитьJust is great and he sees a lot of new faces and not just the same faces the officers are aware judge will end up pissed off at them for the unnecessary charges that he has to dismiss for the same face he already seen ten times on ten sepycharges
ОтветитьWith Mr. Smith, the homeless guy, the attorney's failed him, the system did also. His attorney should have had him tested for competency to stand trial, then when he failed they could have sent him to a psychiatric facility to get the help he desperately needs. Not sure if they have a mental health court but if they do the Judge should have referred his case there when he saw how Mr. Smith did not understand any of what was said and seemed to just understand if he said guilty he would get out. At least that is how it works in some upper midwestern states. Just a thought but Judges can modify agreements and Judge could have added requirements dealing with mental health. I love Judge Fleischer's videos but am sad that EVERYONE failed someone that is in so much need.
Ответить3 😢
ОтветитьObviously "Chip" is a problem.
ОтветитьI’m so sick of people saying, “they’re just a kid.” These bleeding heart dorks that refuse to accept the reality of what a kid can do. How many school shootings or acts of violence committed by non traditional gangs (gangs composed of teenagers between the ages of 13-15 years old) does society need to see before they understand that “they’re just a kid,” is a BS excuse for sh*tty parenting resulting in their “kid” being an absolute danger to society?
ОтветитьThis is exactly why i believe they should give no one power to judge ppl. Judge is in his feelings why the law is supposed to be blind and impartial! 😂
ОтветитьFor the sake of this stupid kid's mom, I really hope he'll get the chance to see her crying in court. Because of him! I was a stupid kid once and had to see my parents in court for something so tiny and still it was heart breaking. I hope this kid sees his mom's heartbreak and that will crush his heart too, to make him find the right path!
ОтветитьI used to hate this judge. Now I wish I had him on my simple mj possession charge in the same courts. I hired a lawyer and she (Mrs Reddi) refused, I mean adamantly refused to speak to me before court. She rescheduled 5 times, then on the last date she sat and promised me that "she had lunch with the prosecutor the day before and it was all being dropped". Literally looked me in the face right before walking up there and said those exact words. I got the absolute highest charges you could possibly get for this charge. I wish I had recorded her. She is a terrible human being for that.
ОтветитьA “series of events” so it’s really only one? Mommy and Daddy have failed this one. He has a gun?
ОтветитьThe judge is way behind in fashion!
ОтветитьReal lefty this weirdo - all bark and no bite. The defendant is a dangerous douche to a female, but who cares. He gives him a low bound, these parents will get him out for 1K to a bondsman today. He won't spend any time in jail. Judge is looking for root causes. What about the girl? What is she supposed to do now? F%cking young sociopath will not stay home - the judge just showed him that even committing another crime won't make him lose his freedom, some bond condition is nothing. Even sending him to jail is not really.
Ответить1st case - DWI - He was unsure if he has car insurance? ........ as a Realtor?!?!?
Ответитьwhat is oliver brown doing for the court? beard maintenance?
ОтветитьThat boy is a danger he shouldn't have let him out and put a no bond.
ОтветитьWhen u watch enough of these, you realize there are way too many defective humans who will never be good for this world, who should not be here.
ОтветитьName a street after this man.... best judge ever
ОтветитьWhat's the last kid's name?
ОтветитьI like these judge u is fair but though
Ответить“Oliver Brown” needs to quit messing with his facial hair. It’s distracting. Just sayin’.
ОтветитьIf this kind of thing happened to me, I'd be the one in cuffs. My kids don't act like that. Really, if someone tried to hurt your little girl, the police would probably have to save them from my little boy.
ОтветитьExcept in domestic violence cases when the plaintiff is a liar then your guilty till proven innocent
ОтветитьI remember when I was in high school I had a friend that was just like that kid He was always in trouble always catching cases and then he messed up and got caught and he got put in jail for a very long time
Ответитьwho's the Oliver Brown guy petting his goatee?
ОтветитьDefinitely like this judge..fair, polite, and to the point
ОтветитьConservatively from what ive seen in my lifetime, im guessing at least 50% of Americans would literally kill each other for just being cut off in traffic.
They literally cannot control their own rage and would rather lose their Family/Children/Career & Freedom than let someone "get the better of them".
SMFH at the sheer stupidity & immaturity of people, not just the young ones.
So did they kid go to prison yet?
ОтветитьIt's good to know that Pee Wee Herman's little boy did good and became a judge
ОтветитьThis is an awesome judge. Trump needs this treatment.
ОтветитьNext up on the Judge Fleischer show: guest Oliver Brown SPEAKS! Why did he seem to randomly show up on the Zoom meeting and hang around? Who is he, and what does he want? Stay tuned to find out after these commercial messages!
ОтветитьCase 3, the female began telling him that a trial means that 6 people from the public will judge him. What is she doing in a court room?
ОтветитьThis kid is a total dirtbag. I’ve seen him yawn or pretend to yawn as what it really looks like. Three times he needs to miss school. He needs to go to jail for this.
Ответить“”… has to be rough on the parents” ? what about the person who drew the gun on I know good parents get bad kids sometimes, but please they usually have some sort of clue how their kid behaves! Even if it’s just a inclination, a feeling,. What a statement to make.
ОтветитьMother crying in court? Because her son is facing justice?. Maybe she’s the reason he’s like he is. Oh not my baby boy; yeah, right. Too much coddling!!!!!
ОтветитьSo what did we not hear in court about what the lawyer was asking. The only thing with my very limited knowledge is that he asked for the bond to be lowered so they could bond him out the bond him out to be lowered? This reminds me of a case where the accused got out and then unalived the complainant.
ОтветитьI wouldn’t bond that kid out as a parent. He’s never going to learn if the parents continue to coddle him.
ОтветитьBro when u hear the judge says he scares ya I would be scared 😳😳😳
