Spatzle Recipe (German Egg Noodle)
- 1 3/4 Cups Of Flour
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Of Water
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup Parsley, Minced (Optional)
Cheese Sauce For Spatzel
- 1 Batch Of Homemade Spaetzel (Recipe Above)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Medium Sweet Onion, Diced
- 8 ounces Swiss Cheese, Gruyère or Cheddar (Cheddar Used In Video)
- 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp Parsley
