I've been to bali twice. Came away both times not liking the place. And yet i've been coming to Thailand for over 20 years and now live here for 6 months of each year. I could never really understand what it was about Bali that i found so distateful. Coming away sick both times obviously didnt help. But after watching this episode with AB its become a lot clearer to me why i will never return.

I think cook went around world lost no one but he landed Jakarta lost many , watch them set fire to people in Bali , in java there in ground next day , unless no money ,left welsh guy I. Hospital morge no one any money , Indonesia was ok for 8 years but got more intoerent, we all know about Bali , pity rest island did not have seen culture, hard to go for a swimmmg with ,every one else fully dressed in Muslim garb

I loved his Shows and i loved the Man and when he died i cryed my Eyes out and i never had that before with a Person that i not even know in Real life but there was something about him that made him so real and Humble and just cool

I can't help but cry when he talks about the kind of funeral he wants. Tony was a truly unique person, the kind of guy that comes along far too rarely, and though I never met him I miss him like a dear friend every time I'm reminded of him.

I'm Indonesian, and a fan of AB. This episode breaks my heart because I do not think that was the right time to discuss the heavy topic with him. You can see his faraway look while they discuss the philosophy of good and bad. He was nodding but his heavy heart was not fully in it. While I wholeheartedly love this culture, being a Javanese myself, and acknowledge its richness, I've also been diagnosed and medicated for severe depression for many years, that I can see this topic of unjust killings and deaths and good and evil, which he always explores in life and in his show, to be fair, can be either too much and too relevant to handle or simply less engaging for someone in a depressive state. If he was with his usual team, they could probably maneuver things, although it's hard to imagine you could maneuver Tony. But just, idk, make his last days on earth less heavy and less isolating. I guess this is a wishful thinking, what if this does happen, maybe he won't be too tired of life and decide to take the matter into his hands, yada yada. Miss you, Tony.

There was an awful lot of focus on faith and philosophy surrounding faith and the after life. He was already contemplating the details of his suicide at this point I would guess.
