Massive move today. Key questions or risks to this thesis are

1. The question is what is their Hit rate while bidding?

2. Do they have moat of technology? I mean there is possibility that any other company can develop or do the JV or in any way can be eligible for tenders. Because I work with Government of Gujarat and in massive projects, generally non Eligible Agencies do JVs. So that one needs to look at

3. Can they sustain the margins? Because in Q1F25 from negative they went to 16% and now 24%. Are these peak margins or any further scope to improve? They don't do concalls so not much details available.

4. Do they have enough capacities? Because HBL is much bigger then Kernex and then if Kernex falls behind expansion or they do not get peak utilisation, there won't be much growth.
