I got a similar case in black on Amazon for about $20. Difference is is that it has a button on the back but it can still be charged with Apple cord and you can listen to music while charging

Do you have to ask an employee to get you the case or is it next to all the other cases in the store?

Have had mine since launch and no problems with stains or marks. Mr Clean Magic Erasers are amazing on Apple silicone items. Plus, I love the widget showing both battery amounts left.

Recommended long term? Battery life 50 percent additional?

Is it bulky and heavy for daily use? Is is overall recommended?

Why won't it fit on xs max? I have used 11 pro case on iPhone x(2017) with no issues whatsoever.

You should use the widget feature to be able to check the battery life of the case! Scroll to the bottom of the widget center and add it to your list!

Does it heat up your phone? Since it’s charging constantly

Would you still recommend this case? I just got the iPhone 11 Pro with just a regular silicone Apple case and the battery is fantastic as it is but I’m interested in this case for things like road trips, maybe one night camping trips, etc just when I may need a little extra battery. So do you think I should invest in this case?

Has it affected your battery health in any way from the constant charging of the case?

I know pop sockets say they can’t stick to silicone technically but I only have Apple silicone cases and my experience using a pop sockets on them has not been effected. I think as long as you stick it onto a clean case you’ll be just fine and won’t have any issues with the pop socket falling off. It’s super sticky and when I need to remove them they are just as stuck as if it were plastic or glass. :)

Hi! I have a question! Do you plug your phone into your car with a lighting cable to listen to music?? I’m wondering if the case works with that... my current charge case doesn’t work when I plug it into a lighting auxilary cable for music in my car 😭😭

Does the pink sand battery case get dirty easily??I got the black but I’m debating if I should get the pink?

The reason why Apple calls it a Smart Battery Case is that when your iPhone is plugged in the case, the phone’s battery is completely 100% charged. When using, the battery of the case is used first, then the phone. Once your case reaches 0%, then your phone switches to its internal battery. This is useful, especially that it will reduce the number of charge cycles on your phone’s battery. Lastly, it helps prolong your battery health. My iPhone 11 Pro’s battery health is currently at 88% or 89% after 1 year of use. That’s why I also got one a few days ago :))

Can you charge your phone and the case at the same time? If you can does it charge slow with the fast Apple charger?
