London Weekend Television - adverts, March 1978 (pt. 3)

Going by the dates I have for other recordings of some ads seen in these junctions (which come from London Weekend Television), these must be from March 1978.

I was just a month old back then. we did not see the commercials when some of the LWT shows were aired in the US because they were put on commercial free Public Television stations and not exactly on the weekend, sometimes like man about the house was played in the afternoon

I have searched long and hard FOR YEARS to find the Berger advert... and here it is. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Wow. So glad to find the Berger ad at last!

Wow! MOST of the Wrigley's Spearmint commercial used the same film as the American one (except the portion from right before the kilted man appears 'til the end), only with British singers and voiceover talent.

If I'm right it sounded deffo like George Melly who sang the Berger Paints advertising jingle.
