i remember by the end time of Tekken 7 i used to play soo unpredictable
and it was really fun i felt great about it but even tho it clicked for me i could never explain what i did like you do
i still dislike heat and think that it will take a lot of time and patches before the game will become somewhat ballanced
thats why i stopped Tekken and other fighting games completely to wait it out. but i'm not mad or desperate about it, i see it as an opportunity
because over the last years i have bought soo many games that i barely touched, my pile of shame grows and grows and i started playing these games more and i really enjoy it. my tekken break makes me feel good and thats what matters.
btw congrats on that top 8 :) great content as always.
when you mention doing some risky moves sometimes even twice in a row for your own unpredictability
some will allways call you out and say huh hes using that risky move l2p bla bla
people will never understand that allmost all moves even the risky ones have their purpose depending on how and when you use them
and thinking of strategies how to implement these moves is one of the fun things in tekken.

PhiDX I watch your videos when I got time to, I feel like your videos are unique, that's why I want to see them all, so enough talking and going into the subject. I am more a casual player, first time playing Tekken in my life, I feel that although I am a Battle Ruler, I don't feel I really am, more like a Tenryu, because I'm missing "something" in my opinion.

I see friends, professional replays, your and others videos analising games or situations that I really can't tell anything from what is happening. Apart from my language barrier, seeing my @ you can tell I'm spanish, I hear wallstanding, okizeme, 1+2, CH, GB, sidewalk, starburst, aerial tailspin, QCF and some other terms that I am missing, some tech that I don't understand why and how are done, you get it.

Of course I know a few, but knowing and use them correctly, just can't do it. There's some tutorials in game but nothing compared to your videos. Could you share your wisdom with me? I am perfectly fine with just a reply.

You have the right attitude to geek out about the tekken mindgames. Reductive scrubs will tell you that this game isn't tekken but they're missing the forest for the trees because moments like the hopkick you got hyped about are what keep me playing too. We stay critical, but composed, y'all

The rule of thumb approach breakdown character breakdown you did for Clive was so useful, it would be so helpful to have that on more characters in the game.

All characters maybe too much work - but breaking down approaching all the different “types” of characters/different archetypes (Mishimas, Stance, Zoners etc) would be so handy.
