ОтветитьNiceeeee

ОтветитьHe looks like that cave man from adult swim show primal.
ОтветитьHe’s my most favorite person when it comes to drawing
Ответитьso is line master studies when you study the line work of artists by drawing and analyzing their work?
ОтветитьWewza
ОтветитьReally love all of your help and observations!
ОтветитьConan di John Buscema ❤
Ответитьniceeeeee
Ответить"Know, oh prince, that between the years when the oceans drank Atlantis and the gleaming cities, and the years of the rise of the Sons of Aryas, there was an Age undreamed of, when shining kingdoms lay spread across the world like blue mantles beneath the stars - Nemedia, Ophir, Brythunia, Hyperborea, Zamora with its dark-haired women and towers of spider-haunted mystery, Zingara with its chivalry, Koth that bordered on the pastoral lands of Shem, Stygia with its shadow-guarded tombs, Hyrkania whose riders wore steel and silk and gold. But the proudest kingdom of the world was Aquilonia, reigning supreme in the dreaming west. Hither came Conan, the Cimmerian, black-haired, sullen-eyed, sword in hand, a thief, a reaver, a slayer, with gigantic melancholies and gigantic mirth, to tread the jeweled thrones of the Earth under his sandalled feet."
- The Nemedian Chronicles.
What hardness did you use?
ОтветитьIn all seriousness... I love these many amazing artists (inkers and pencilers) from the USA and euro comic scene of the 80s-90s, drawing and inking their version of Conan. It was an excuse for very serious craft... For me the real magicians around the Conan comics (besides Robert E. Howard who wrote the original book, I wasn't a fan of it, but yep of the comics) were John Buscema and Sal Buscema. That sinister look, and very personal lines are imo coming from John Buscema's pencils. Many inkers (brother included) imo were able to respect and reinforce that. And many pencilers totally replicated John's style.
Ответитьbro can draw everything 💀
ОтветитьI really like your art! I will try this on my own later! Cool method!
ОтветитьUr seeing the master at work😅
ОтветитьHis anatomy❤
ОтветитьCool! Love the art
ОтветитьJust love sharpening my pencils like that. Added flexibility and i find it’s easier to maintain a very sharp area, whilst spending less time sharpening my pencil. To avoid the tappering being uneven when using the flatter part, a piece of sanding paper is ideal. I personally use a grinding wheel’s side coz screw it i draw in my garage 😂
You could use the rectangular construction pencils too, i love those for shading and or crosshatching
“Studying” became such a fluid squid-like word as of late.

ОтветитьIs this Conan represented in portrait......?
ОтветитьMoral of the story - Hone your sharpening skills ✏️ 🖋️
ОтветитьYou come off as an a-hole sometimes. Even the best artists are humble, not too over confident. Not sure if you even care but it's something I've noticed for awhile ijs
ОтветитьSo I have been using my brush pen for nothing.
ОтветитьFor some reson they remind me of He-Man
ОтветитьMore comic book art❤❤❤
ОтветитьYes exactly I was about to say you can use a normal pen as a brush!
ОтветитьCool, you guys are emulating John Buscema, to me, the greatest comicbook artist of all time.
ОтветитьYeh to tatti h 😞

Source: thurst mebro seconds edition history
Proko after Del La Torre after John Buscema... we all stand on the shoulders of giants.
Ответитьkinda reminds me of the broeke stroke technique Villpu taught in his landscape drawing series ages ago.
ОтветитьInking with the artwork of John Buscema?
ОтветитьProko is a beast of an artist. This is great.
ОтветитьWoah really killed this masterstudy
ОтветитьI spot Conan the Barbarian
ОтветитьI love his conan illustration.
