Neil states common knowledge in a supped up educated way so it komes across as profound but a lot of the things he say are either unnecessary or commonly overstated in a different way

Personally I do not believe intelligence should be the way we measure a person. Yes you can be an expert in a particular field of study but it doesn’t make you smarter than the next person. It just means you know more about a particular subject. There is more to a person than just plain old book smarts

What makes one genius? Neil is brilliant physicist, I do agree. But has anyone as him to calculate the odds of the evolution of the chicken egg, he would tell you it's easier to look for black holes in the universe. I am interested in finding at lease one mathermatician willing to take on this task.

I was one of those 3rd graders who sent Dr.Tyson a letter about keeping Pluto a planet. In my heart, deep in my soul, I still hold that 3rd grader's perspective. However I must admit, now as an adult.....I agree with Dr.Tyson and his partner..but nobody says I have to be happy about it 😂😂

He explains things in such a way that a 5 year old can understand ... I have always heard If you can't explain it to a five year old you don't know enough about that subject to be explaining it
