DORA 'lee' Explorer: The IRM, Cyber & Digital Core Adventures

​Market disruption—fuelled by technological change, complex regulations, geopolitical tensions and economic uncertainties—is testing global organisations’ approach to risk and resilience. Our mission for this dinner is to drive thought leadership around the DORA / OpRes regulations and the underlying interlock between risk management, cyber resilience and the digital core. By converting cybersecurity from an incident-driven reaction into part of the fabric of transformation efforts, organisations can not only boost operational resilience, but also position themselves to reinvent the whole enterprise:

- The business wants assurance that the most precious assets are protected - Are my crown jewels adequately protected?
- The CISO wants to know - is this process performing the way it should be? - Are we responding to the right security alerts and protecting the right assets
- Risk & Compliance functions want to know where IT security risks fall into the big picture - How vulnerable are we to security threats in the context of other enterprise risks?

Companies should already be transforming their digital core (e.g., embracing cloud, managed service and improving data quality etc.) in order to build a robust resilience posture and leverage future of working i.e., Artificial intelligence be it a) Diagnostic, b) Predictive, or, c) Generative.

This will be the 20th gathering of the GRC Supper Club and the first live dinner since lockdown. GRC SC is a global peer group connecting senior risk professionals, with like minded peers, subject matter experts and technologists. Club events are specifically structured in a relaxed, fun format ​to provide insight and are not sales presentations.
