Hi, this time I am introducing a my great-grandma's recipe!
Every time she made this homemade the whole house would smell amazing! I still cherish this wonderful memory!

👩‍🍳For the dough:
-1 kg of flour
-15g May
-1 tsp soda
-200ml. milk - warm
-50ml. oil
-1 egg
-salt

👩‍🍳For the filling:
-3 large stalks of leeks
-20g cheese
-4 eggs
-oil
-salt
-pepper
