ОтветитьDear Dr. Berg lets not forget about the egg shelves:) I have got milk intolerance...so I cook egg shelves, bake them in the oven...and when they dry and sterilise I grind them into powder.

ОтветитьSesame seed also has 660 mg of phosphorus. All natural calcium foods come with corresponding phosphorus. This is such an important point why doesn't anybody hammer this home? Calcium can only be bound to bone with proportional phosphorus. Horses are fed phosphorus supplements, and strong bones for horses is a must so they probably know what their doing

ОтветитьI did a prolonged month fast. I would like to try weekend refeeding next. Friday evening break the fast, Sat/Sun refeed weeks calories, and 5 day water fast. Repeat weekly for the month or two. Can calcium be stored on the weekend in the bones or is it daily for long term bone health.

ОтветитьWait…isn’t cheese pasteurised or at least from pasteurised milk? Are you saying the dairy sources of calcium should be raw dairy? Also how is yoghurt got sugar in it? Are you referring to added sugar with the flavoured put into some yoghurts? You’re not being clear here so this information really isn’t helpful.
