This tour needs to go before the Men.
And it needs Phil, and Bob, and more prize $
Somehow, I'm more invested in this one than I was the hommes. It's just more exciting to follow.
ОтветитьI watched the first three minutes with only the right ear bud in and wonder where the commentary was (is only in the left channel). Certainly harder to follow without commentary, but very interesting to hear the raw sounds of tour, especially the crashes.
ОтветитьWhy are there no general classification standings at the end???
ОтветитьWhere's the course map? Highlights for previous stages had a course map and preview at the beginning
ОтветитьWhoever is editing these is doing a terrible job
ОтветитьThe cloud won this stage.
ОтветитьWhy are there so many crashes? Every stage even when noone is sprinting or turning.
ОтветитьGC stats are a mainstay, NBC editors.
Adding 15s to your video isn't impossible.
Why doesn't NBC have a license to show the footage of Danny Stam charging up the convoy so fast that he had take the left ditch to make a three wide pass because he would have wrecked Vollering if he had hit the brakes? The commentators don't even seem aware of the footage.
ОтветитьHow did Vollering NOT win this event last year, given that she beat Van Vleuten on the mountain stage? She also lost to Van Vleuten in the last Vuelta--and, again, I can't see how given that Vollering is the best rider on the tour and has been for a couple of years and Van Vleuten was 39 years old last year and is 40 now. Vollering blew her rivals away quite convincingly today. The only weird thing about her performance and that of SD Worx today was that she and Van Vleuten let Niewiadoma get away to a 30/40 second lead while they were bickering. Vollering was waiting for her teammates to catch up, and they did--but they weren't really in a position to help her that much. Marlen Reusser went to the front and brought the chasing group back up close to Niewiadoma but couldn't really drive the group past the leader and drive the pace--which is what you would have hoped for in a teammate at that point--and then was spent. So she helped Vollering regain the 30 seconds that she squandered waiting for her teammates, but nothing more than that. Vollering could have just followed Niewiadoma and not waited. And while Kopecky made a huge effort today, she wasn't able to help Vollering either---except maybe psychologically. But it was a good day of racing.
ОтветитьNo overall rankings???……just the rankings of the stage placements?…..pitiful.
ОтветитьNo map of the course again, and now you have sound balance issues, NBC. The background audio is louder than the announcer's audio.
No GC stats shown at end of Stage?????
This is unprofessional coverage, and the TdF should refuse to issue you press credentials next year.
No map & profile at the start of the clip, the commentary was all in the left speaker, no GC standings, no podiums. Come on, NBC Sports. That's just terrible effort.
ОтветитьEditing is a joke. Do better!
ОтветитьWhat strange sound recording on this video. As if the announcers were in mono while the background was in normal stereo. GC results at the end would have been easy to show.
ОтветитьNBC what a confusing bunch of malarkey commentating and visual stats.
ОтветитьEither the commentary or the editing is awful... the total lack of live yellow jersey standings was pitiful.
Ответить😊 fog 🌫🌤🌧🌞great 🏁 race
ОтветитьNo stage map???
Ответитьwow nbc your coverage is lacking BIG thumbs down.
ОтветитьFucking badass!
ОтветитьWHAT a stage!! I was screaming!!
ОтветитьI love what a terrible job they do in the reporting compared to the mens. You can't even give us a GC update? No Map? Zero effort providing separations. Stop being lazy.
ОтветитьWhat a stage!!!!
ОтветитьNBC We can see how crappy this coverage is compared to the men's. This was the worst stage yet. Please respect your audience, and these athletes, and give us stage maps, better editing, and all the standings/podiums at the end.
ОтветитьYou have to admit, this year's TDFF has has some exceptional racing and finishes!
ОтветитьThey are terrific! Knowing how hard cycling can be, to watch these wonderful women excel is very joyful. Cycling is like: "Embrace the suck" combined with magnificent amnesia . . . you just go out and do it all again. LOL
ОтветитьSo many people complaining about the coverage. There's way less spectators, cameras, budget.... of course the coverage will be worse! It's still better than any other women's bike race I've ever seen. The only real issue i have is the singe channel announcers and the lack of graphics for stage layout and placing. I totally understand why you are all complaining about that. That's super lazy by the producers/editors.
ОтветитьAmazing race and fantastic commentary all week by Ant and Hannah. No idea why NBC went back to Phil, Bob, and Maegan for Sunday ... would have vastly preferred Ant and Hannah.
ОтветитьBrilliant racing!
ОтветитьK. Niewiadome fought magnificently on this stage 🧗♀️
ОтветитьAre there more crashes than usual, or is NBC just showing all of them?
ОтветитьLotte Kopecky finished fifth on the Col du Tourmalet. That is so unbelievable that I do not believe it.
Ответить
