I have my cheeks pierced and the piercing process was a pain. In. The. Arse. Also you eat/talk you will bite down on them and that’s the worst:/ however it’s so worth it I love them so much and by far my favourite piercing. Also cheeks are not painful to be pierced at all💕

What she was talking about the ring and crusties... my septum felt that... also I'm completely on their sides.. but I have trouble concentrating and I'm the outcast.. if I'm in a class and someone drops a pencil, I know before it's even left their hand with my ADHD. That being said what someone wears isn't what distracts me. It's noises and fast movement. No matter what you wear if you make sudden movements my eyes will be on you.

In middle school everybody thought I was possessed/worshiped Satan n stuff. I wore dark clothing, usually logo t-shirts from anime n stuff and a lot of necklaces n rings with darker motifs on em. Legit had a kid that went to school with me and lived nearby come up, knock on the door, and ask my sister if we worshiped Satan once. Weird as shit. That stuff died off once the emo scene became popular. I guess I seemed mundane in comparison.

Your cheek piercings are annoying at the start but they aren’t even that bad! I’ve had mine now almost 6 years now lol can’t even remember the feeling of the pain now! I always use bio flex ones lol

I have 21 piercings, 22 tattoos and purple hair. I have only received compliments, never rudeness. My adult daughter says it is because I am in my sixties and noone dares to be nasty. Idk.

This one time like a year ago this drunken man walked in where I worked and started making comments about my hair color (mind you I already go without make up) and still work uses that single person as reason why I need to wear a hat over my dreads. Meanwhile not a single person I deliver food too makes a comment other then a kid going "omg that hair so cool" I swear I dunno how long I can stand this.

One time at work an elderly couple saw me and say “what did you do to your hair” (it’s purple) and I have no idea who they are

To celebrate St. Patrick's day here in Ontario I'm getting a 6 gauge conch piercing done in emerald green gorilla glass. So scared yet so excited.

I actually find it so hard not to stare at people with mods. It's not in a malicious way, I'm just admiring their expression. I only have my lip, and gauged ears, but I always love the look of lots of piercings when they're done in an artistic way.

whenever someone stares at me I smile and wave at them, usually they end up feeling stupid or uncomfortable( which I think is pretty funny), or at least thats what their body language seems like

Yeah, got my nipple pierced back in 2003 and the guy put a ring in right away, and yes the crusty build-up really hurts when it gets inside your nipple, other than that it healed up nicely without any complications, no migration and no grow out. Guess I got lucky! Still have it!

see, now my nipples were some of my least painful. I have rings now but they were done with bars by my former tattoo artist who was a highly rated piercer also. most painful were cartilage in my ears and genitals were THE MOST PAINFUL

I went the “Bible Belt” of America and oh boy did I get looked at, pointed at, whispered about like I felt so uncomfortable. I didn’t understand why and till I asked why this is happening and it was bc of my piercings (18 piercings) and my tattoos are also visible. Once he said that I realized not one person had those things!!! Not a single person! I was in shock and didn’t notice and made me think woah I probably look absolutely look insane to these people lol

I went to pericer to ask questions to get my lip pierced and he allowing me to get it but he a professinol

Piercing fail storytime. Lol. My dad took me to get my lip pierced for my 14th birthday. The piercer put a captive ball ring in. The ball fell out within hours and then the ring slipped out that night. I had to go back in the morning and beg him to put it back in for me. I also accidentally bit down on the ring several years later, apparently hard enough to crush it down around my lip. I had to go to the hospital to get it removed. So many others. I am so clumsy that I've gradually had to take all 11 of my piercings out.

I went into town with my mum today and I usually don’t notice people staring at me. I’m a goth, I wear all black, have black hair but I look pretty toned down compared to other goths I’ve seen. Anyway, as we were walking, my mum noticed all these people in their cars staring at me during a traffic jam. It’s so weird to me. I don’t really understand why people care so much lol
