I have a crazy fan theory Alex and soap are two of my favorite characters and since soap was killed in MW3 what if Alex is given the code Soap because Alex slipped out of the death and came back. Now again it’s a crazy fan theory but another thing that I noticed was ghost calling soap by his first name or Johnny instead of soap like others. Alex might play a major part in MW4

Obviously with the tone MW19 established no one is here for fan service for the sake thereof, but I've spoken several times before about the logistics of Alex's survival. There's also some subtext in his final scene we can read into about the motivation for it. Throughout the course of the game these soldiers have been told they have to work within the limitations of US buearocracies to avoid causing an international incident, and they all responded differently. Price has learned over the years how to push the system to it's limits by putting his superiors in awkward positions such that they're forced to grant him forgiveness rather than permission, Kyle reacts with anger since he doesn't know how or where to draw the line, but Alex distances himself from his own command structure and ingratiates with local freedom fighters, to the extent he's willing to risk being branded a terrorist to further their cause over the US government's. On that rooftop in Urzikstan Farah asks him where he'll go after this, and he says he doesn't know. Now at the time he literally doesn't, he thinks he'll go to whatever flashpoint the CIA sends him to. But there's also a double meaning here that his allegiance is up in the air, more than he realizes. It's also important that Farah doesn't believe the US would necessarily back her resistance if push came to shove, and rightfully so given they don't hesitate to recategorize the ULF as a Foreign Terror Organization once Hadir muddies the water. She makes it absolutely clear that her cause is absolute, and anyone who uses mass terror tactics is a target. So when Alex asks her to give him the order to detonate the charges, he's looking for acceptance to her allegiance. He wants to know if he's proved himself a valuable part of her resistance. At first she refuses, she doesn't trust that the CIA won't double cross her through him again, but once he pushes hard enough she says "You are a freedom fighter," meaning she accepts him as one of her own men. It's almost as if they had an offscreen conversation following up on where he actually would go after this mission, but they couldn't reach a consensus, and are now referencing it through subtext, like they're talking in code. At that moment, Alex becomes an honorary ULF member. It's the final step he has to take to sever his connection to the CIA and become an asset with plausible deniability so the US government can just say he "went rogue" and joined the ULF following his final assignment in the event he's captured. This gives him, more than any of the other soldiers, carte blanche to help her cause in a meaningful way at the cost of his connection to in-country US assets

I got something to say about The Theroy of Alex being Roach, if Alex was Roach wouldn't Price or Ghost Reconize him, also how did he survive the fire aside from Ghost, Price, Soap, and Gaz Roach and Sandman are my Favorite characters in the Call of Duty MW games. Wish Roach would be brought back in MW4 like they brought Ghost back, Sandman and Alex also need more screen time and importance. But that's just me, Till next time Stay Frosty, Black Wolf 0-6 out

The phones are broadcasting the numbers stations again in verdansk and IDK I think we can do the bunker Easter eggs again cuz i remember them from the old Intel missions if you remember some of those locations like the bch4 TV station was 1 you can still pick up the phone another was a signal by the shack near the storage facility and another was at the stadium yeah i remember when it was fun to crack the code which just turned out to be the trailer for bo cold war and man that's when cod really started to fail they did i guess a decent enough story but IDK if it lives up to the 1st bo. Where the menu had secrets and modes like the value we got from bo1 was wild

Alex is hands down my favorite character in COD.. and just gaming in general. So much so, that my brother had Chad Michael Collin’s do a cameo as Alex asking me to be a groomsman in his wedding back in 2020. That will forever be one of the coolest things I’ve ever had the honor of being apart of.

Echo 3-1 Alex and Gary “Roach” Sanderson theory is pretty spot on I could definitely see it being true plus Roach never had a voice actor like other characters so definitely can see it 💯👍🏾

He could be Joseph Allen based on the theory you mentioned years ago. Watch the start of the mission "Highway of Death" and he will say a joke that could be related Allen. (This is an idea I had when watching the mw 2019 gameplay, feel free to correct me if I'm ever wrong).

I think that Alex was supposed to be this generation's Captain Price.
They are both military badasses, have amazing integrity and moral compasses, and are great at both leading and following.

And they both have badass mustaches.
