I managed to mess up my lower spine from a sort of pinching incident on a baling machine for tons of cardboard. I was listening to 285 hz and my muscles were regenerating but pain was still there. i have a question, i came across some video where bill gates has a crazy expensive pool, with underwater speakers, seemed to imply that only rich people had this and it got me thinking, who on earth cares enough to listen to music underwater? then i thought, what if i bought a waterproof underwater speaker and blasted these frequencies under water? 70% of humans are made of water, and sound travels through water and resonates great, i can only imagine the implications and effects being emerged in water being fully surrounded by the resonance touching and having direct contact with your body. tell me what you think, has any one thought to do this before?

You mentioned in the description that is better to hear a frequency at the time for at least 4 weeks. My question are: have you tried? And what did you experienced? I have starte using the first frequency for two weeks now and I feel a little bit strange. My dreams are no so vivid and I can remember them. I also feel a little bit foggy and that I have to to move on with my life and try to be more creative . Is that normal? Especially with the dreams. Have you noticed anything your self? So I played this on my TV last night throughout the night to help witth some pinched nerv pain. I slept like a baby until I got a rude awakening with advertising in between. Took me hours to fall back asleep. Not cool.

I have a herniated disc in my middle back right now. THC, CBD, ashwagandha, turmeric are not working. Ice pack not working. Gonna listen to this and lay down and pray that it works.

174 Hz is not a very low note on the music scale, so there's no reason at all why it should be played at such a low volume compared to other notes

What if you could figure out what two separate frequencies to play in each ear to make the brain create this frequency, using the gateway experience to make the two halves of your brain work together at the same time, while healing headaches and ect...

This is a great tone, just wish the volume was more, I can adjust the volume down on my phone, I can barely hear it especially when the heat or air comes on at night or something else then you can't hear it...
