Cents as they are supposed to be referred to,we still call them pennies, are a pain these days to deal with..they are made of zinc..detector folk call these "stinking zinkins"..those memorials of copper are referred to as stinkin Lincolns when older cents such as Indians are anticipated at certain cites..one old lot of about 5 acres which had potential was strewn with memorial cents..it was referred to as the pennie lot most were the "stinkin zinkin"..on a side note wheat cents are referred to as "wheaty peteys "
ОтветитьBrit in Nebraska here. In fact, Lincoln, Nebraska. Cool find. Each quarter has a different state on the back. Nice that you found one of our featuring Chimney Rock in Western Nebraska. The Rock pointed the way west for the settlers and remains an icon to this day. p.s. When we travel home next year, will you take us mudlarking?

ОтветитьOh I just can't wait to see you return the jewelry!!!!!. I am a subscriber but I just have to check in every morning to see what happens! You cleaned it up and did the best job ever. So good of you!
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьStolen jewelry and any objects should not be returned because 99% of the items have been paid for by insurance. That returned jewelry was almost for sure already reimbursed by insurance and wheather they said it was or was not insured it most likely was. The people that clean and find the things like you should be the ones who just like a treasure ship keep as your property.
ОтветитьThat jet pack toy is from the 50s and worth almost 100 dollars
ОтветитьThat jewelry is just more of the religion offerings. That is what they do.
ОтветитьIn the US, as a kid we would hunt for soda bottles to return so we could have some spending money. They were ten cents a bottle and once plastic took over that all came to an end, sad really. Hopefully we start banning most plastics due to the harm it does to the environment, humans and animals.
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьStill need the nickel and half dollar for full set plus a dollar coin
ОтветитьWhy did you leave the two pieces of turquoise at the jewelry hord. Probably earrings.
