What Fixes Are Mandatory After Home Inspection?

I'm kind of surprised there's no comments it looks like this was put out about two years ago I'm just researching home inspections I have one tomorrow morning and I'm just trying to figure out know what to expect and he sounds like a he knows he's a certified inspector I just want to make sure that I learn as much as I can about this potential property to buy
