What's strange is that Mount Kailash also located in that area which is sacred for both Hindus and bhuddists. Many ancient Hindu scruptures talk about "Vimanas" Which are basically aircrafts. We even have a dedicated ancient scripture on Aircrafts called "Vimana Shastra". There are many stories that tells that people that time used to fly in those Vimanas but flying over Mount kailash was forbidden as it's the holy abode of Lord Shiva.

K2 Mountains are more hazardous than Everest and more difficult to climb than Everest. K2 is the worlds beauty you could check pictures of both and judge it yourself. Don't know why people referring to Everest for just a hundred feet high than K2. People can just walk to the peak of Everest while snowy K2 is impossible. Pls compare pictures and beauty of K2 and cleanliness of K2.

I’m from Nepal and so you now the yeti plane crash nepal? Well the pilot slipped his fingers and idk what. Know what happen next but it’s it was a awe full plane crash which is very sad I think the pilot slipped and there was about 68 people on board which makes it more terrific

When i flew to Thailand, i woke up like 4 or 5 in the morning. I turned my head to the left and i could see Mount Everest towering over all the other mountains in the area. I could not see it clear but i could see the shadow of it.

I have flown in this area in Oct 1997 from Chengdu in West China to Lhasa in Tibet. It was the most terrifying flight of my life!!! We were tossed around for over 2 hours, hanging on for dear life! Everyone looked really ill as we alighted at Lhasa airport, thankful to be alive! Then the 3,800m altitude hits you and it's hard to breath. The airport is 93kms from the city in and old coach on a bumpy old road. The views were unbelievably spectacular. From there I hitchhiked all the way across the friendship highway, past Everest on the worlds highest plateau 5,200m, across the Himalayas down into Nepal and eventually India. One of the most memorable adventures of my life.

Everest isn't even 29,000 feet tall, it's 16,000 feet tall! It's only sitting on the Himalayan mountain range, which is already very tall! There are way more mountains taller than Everest, even with the Himalayan boost.
