ОтветитьFast squats isn't a technique that should ever be recommended, reason is its RISKY!
Instead do a jump squats where you take 2-5 seconds on the eccentric phase, pause 2 seconds at the bottom, then explode and jump quickly.
Use lighter weights for that.
