I can't recommend a brand as I'm trying out lots of different ones but I definitely do recommend gummy vitamins. They don't leave that yucky chalky after taste in your mouth. If you are suffering headaches I would take a good quality magnesium glycinate supplement alongside a high quality vitamin D3 WITH K2 and get plenty of hydration, it could also be very beneficial to take a Vitamin B complex (early in the day not late) and make sure you eat either oily fish high in Omega 3 or Omega 3 supplement. I found this helps with pain, energy, sleep and hormonal issues. Most people are Magnesium and Vitamin D3 deficient, but the quality and combination matters. It could also be an electrolyte imbalance, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, eat bananas or avocados regularly, use Himalayan Pink Salt. I suffered endometriosis and other hormonal issues. I take this regularly. Just check with doctor if taking certain types of medication, but these 4 things can put an awful lot right. Just see how things improve rapidly in a multitude of ways, hope this helps x
