I consider myself being a very good skier on slopes, but i definetly a lack of skills when it comes to riding powder and off-piste. so i was wondering, wether anyone of you guys could give me some tips on how to perform good while riding powder or even suggest a good video or something. thanks!

Keep your weight on the back of the skis, so your tips don't get stuck and practice, practice, practice.

Where are these alaska style spines?

take a low stance, that will get ur tips out of the snow just by itself. also, the biggest difference from the groomer is that u cant put most weight on the outer ski during a turn. u have to always distribute the weigt equally. to initiate a turn, rotate ur upper body and press down BOTH heels. also, move like in slowmo. in soft snow, u need to move smoother. dont try to turn very fast unless u want to slow down.

When I studied abroad Austria was my favorite country! Not knowing a bit of German I somehow got by with the help of my home stay family which by the way we're supper welcoming, allowed me to explore the beautiful history of their town! It was just breath taking! I want to go back so badly but I feel like I need to learn at least some basic German to go back! Ah I can't wait to go again someday and ski there. It would be a dream come true

Imagine the conditions they had 100 years ago... No human made climatic change! The last 3 seasons were crap in the alps. and if the weather dont change, this will be the fourth crap season in a run...
