I've had hip pain for over a year now. Just recently diagnosed with hip bursitis, tendinosis, and a bruised labrum. Already doing PT, acupuncture, and massage, but this is a great supplement as I pursue health and wholeness so I can return to cycling.
ОтветитьI’m not sure if I ever told you that I used to have a long term chronic hip pain which I thought I’ll have to live with for the rest of my life! Luckily, I found this video and started doing it daily to relieve my hip pain. Six months later, I just realized that my chronic hip pain was practically gone. I’ve continued to practice with you daily since! It’s been almost 4 yrs since that fateful day, thanks so much Joelle! I enjoyed practicing it today, it doesn’t get old 😊

ОтветитьMy hips hurts a lot when I move my legs bc I pushed myself a lot during my race today ty, it was really hard to put my legs up and it hurt a lot but I hope I get better 😢

ОтветитьI have been struggling with pain in my right hip for a few months, especially after sitting for any amount of time. I did the 10-minute Supine Routine for Hip Bursitis & Hip Pain... and Wow! After just one time, I am feeling so much better. I will continue to do these daily. I'm also going to try your videos for shoulders, upper back and knees. Many, many thanks!
ОтветитьSalu dear Joelle, I 53 and am from Switzerland too 😊. I saved 5 videos from you for my daily stretch as I have problems with Psoas, Bursitis, tight calves and knees. Today I did the psoas one and towards the end i started crying like a flood gate opened just like that. I guess that was tension relief from inside. I am Happy I found you, your videos help me immensly. I will do them everyday now because I need this as I am perimenopausal. Merci a toi ma cher 🙏 Namaste

ОтветитьI'm late to the party but I wanted to thank you for making this video and your other videos. This video alone has made a huge difference for me. I'm 65 and in the middle of one my hip/groin bursitis flares. Doing this video and also some isolated isometrics (focused on my SI joint) are making me feel like a human being again. Thanks again, so very much!
ОтветитьI have to say thank you! I have done this for 2 weeks now and it has helped so much. I have awful hip bursitis (is there any other kind?) that flares up now and again and these exercises have really given me some quick relief from day 1. I will keep doing them!! Thank you!

ОтветитьWatching this video and you mentioned you’ve suffered from chronic bursitis , does that mean the pain will never go away? Does it mean this will only levitate it but the pain will always be there?

ОтветитьJust found this video. Went to my surgeon says will need to have a hip replacement,bcuz of hip arthritis. I use a cain since the bursitis got a cortisone shot it did not help,
so I will be doing these exercises. Hoping they will help. God bless and love to all.
Hi Joelle - this was a repeat and it felt good. I'm currently not experiencing any pain in my hips, this is a good stretch exercise for me since I do walk alot and add stairs when walking around my neighborhood. I did notice my right hip made a popping sound when I did the leg lefts. It did hurt, just the sound was noticeable. Do you know what this may be. Thanks! Namaste 🙏🏽

ОтветитьYour hip bursitis pain/IT Band practices have saved my mobility, my sanity, and my level of knee pain has diminished to almost zero. This is after searching for help over a year from a Dr, two physios, a massage therapist, as well as a visit to orthopedic surgeon. I am only 68 and normally very active; this past year has been a difficult journey. Thank you for your dedication to this life changing program.

ОтветитьNice, I'll definitely be adding this in to my daily schedule. Steroids, shots, and ice/hot packs don't seem to be giving me any long-term relief for my bursitis. It always just returns after some walking. And walking is my favorite thing to do, so this has been annoying.
Just did my first set of exercises today. No idea how long it'll take to be effective for my issue, but my legs and thighs otherwise feel fantastic after doing this. Experienced some resistance with the right thigh, so I'll definitely want to keep working with it.
