I have a resale business of fashion and accessories. I now how too much stock 😬. It’s easier to purchase than sell. There is a dopamine rush to it.

I no longer buy for inventory. I’ve come to the conclusion that there is always going to be a deal.

I did take advantage of the pandemic though. Now to list and sell it. That’s where the real work is.

Selling is a lot more work than I ever imagined, if you do it right. Photos, editing, research, which has extremely paid off, and then listing. Quality work, on all facets of creating a listing, brings much more value to an item.

I’ve had amazing flips, because of doing the hard work of research. 🤩

I can completely relate to Kathleen. My husband passed within 6 months of Stage IV cancer diagnosis. It had already spread to the rest of his body.

We have a son together, both being our first and only child. He passed before our son turned two, whom has an extremely rare de novo gene mutation which causes severe epilepsy and develops into autism.

My husband, our son’s father, had such a huge heart. Like Kathleen, he was very good to the both our son and me. He treated me like a queen, and accepted and loved his son unconditionally, to the fullest. Such a tragic loss to society, his friends, and family.

I found myself bringing in more stuff than should be entered into a home; retail therapy. Mourning his loss, trying to preserve everything that expressed his selfless and generous love. I mourned at each item lost, as it was just a memory. It’s only been 7 years since his passing, and I still haven’t officially mourned and moved forward, as there is no one that will replace him. Ever! Something I have to come to terms with.

God blessed my son and I with a beautiful and kind spirit. Even though we were only married for a couple years, I was blessed to have been part of his life, and to carry on his name. What an honor to be in the presence of this beautiful and kind man, inside and out. 🙏🏻❤🙏🏻

Kathy is literally sitting on her own goldmine with the 2 apartments and dance studio.

I wish they would sell or donate a lot of things that are going in the land fills.

Nora ŵas just avoiding distress feelings of giving away 1 item. I think the dr. should have made her do some practicing with 1 item . It amazes me how stuck people get and are afraid to make changes.

I’m a mail carrier in Texas. These long episodes keep me company during my 15 mile walk 😆

opinion: Dorothy's personality in the studio/confessional shot is jarringly peppy and overbearing, much prefer the videos without Kathy commentary at the beginning or end

The wilma and senior citizen minnie mouse episode is the most annoying one ive ever seen. These 2 old bats are beyond intolerable.

Nora is behaving and throwing tantrums like the adolescents she once probably taught.

She kept her husband's cigarette butts. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 This show is just too much! 😂😂😂😂

Nora is mentally limited, perhaps she has dementia. No one seems to realize this.

Wow Nora stole a huge amount of resources from someone who could have actually put them to use. I hope she makes a point to give back big time to her community because she robbed someone else of the opportunity to change their lives

Why does not the family push back before it get to this point?! Tough Love! At the first sign of hording, minute my hording family member was out, I would dispose of the trash they brought in!

Wilma doesn’t have a house, she has a shack!

I believe both these women suffer mental instability resulting in hoarding due to their guilt of how they treated their children

Evan with it cleaned up I would never rent that place. Worn down and outdated.

Wilma is THE WORST. She deserves to be alone and miserable surrounded by garbage. She doesnt deserve having kids that try to help her.

Kathleen didn’t cry a single tear NOT ONCE. 😂 she just messed with her forehead and made a face while wiping dry tears lol. IM GLAD they let her keep her bugs and carcasses tho. I know the touch of the tism when I see it. 😅😂

That moment of pure horror when she gave the dog prozac, i swear i could see Dr. Zasio's conposure stiffen as she holds that other little dog..

What is up with Ron's so called friend Lisa? Is she looking for Ron to die or still? Has Ron secretly added her to his will? Linda ( Ron's sister) needs to keep her eyes on this Lisa chick.

I was sure when we rented a small apt to a nurse. Always clean when we saw her. But when she moved out.. OMG, lots of cleaning, especially the bathroom. We were SHOCKED.

Kathleen’s hair is gorgeous!! Every time I see her on the screen, I can’t help but marvel at the curls! Gorgeous!!

There are ways do display things that make you appear to be smart and scientific rather than weird and gross. Display rather than keep in your freezer next to your food!

There are some things people should not televise

Both of my late parents were hoarders and I took over their home. It was a complete nightmare. No one should do this to their kids.
