Everything we do comes from us trying to avoid death. But death is inevitable, and death is not bad. Once we understand that death is not a good or bad thing, it just is and we have to accept it, then we become courageous, fearless, and truly unafraid to be unapologetically who we are on the inside.
ОтветитьI wished I heard about her and her teachings, I needed it so much! But here now on my way to be myself is an eye opener. So greatful to have speakers and doctors on this platform 🙏🏻
ОтветитьWhat if leaving that matrix is also inside the matrix.....?? I mean what if this matrix have a category of people who want to leave this matrix along with good and bad categories.
ОтветитьI simply love this n able to forgive one of my lovely friend was angry with him for some religion reason again framed by some social conditioning
Ответить"Life is suffering" "the glass is already broken"
ОтветитьWow. This woman is brilliant.
ОтветитьBeing in the state where you feel ! I'm shattered ,I'm devasted what this happened to me
But after this talk !!!! I got my answers
Thanks
You are exceptional and free….love it
ОтветитьI will rather go out and suffer my own suffering rather than suffering a false reality
Ответить🥺Thanks for letting us know the new dimension
ОтветитьSweetheart, you KEEP knocking Capitalism. Got news for you. The only difference between Capitalism, Communism and Socialism is that the later two steal all of the money that the workers and entrepreneurs make and use it for their OWN pocket lining so that ONLY the ruling Party classes get to buy all of the "capitalist" shit that's produced in all societies and economies. So stop your Capitalism bashing - it takes away from your message!! Keep your politics to yourself!!
ОтветитьEye Opener
ОтветитьWhen she said we are Sovereign beings I knew she is the real deal!
ОтветитьI want to change but indont want to do anything different 😉
ОтветитьSo much relevant and needed for everyone !
ОтветитьNoble!!
ОтветитьHow to raise kids then? More like Buddha?
ОтветитьAmazing and inspiring talk Dr. Shefali. I love your passion. How do you raise kids then?
ОтветитьThis physical realm is about the being that we are experiencing duality, as well as raising the vibration of the cosmos to Christ Consciousness. Once we understand and break the conditioning of duality, that's where true freedom is born. We must embrace the fact that we are constantly evolving. Everything that exists in this physical reality is constantly evolving and adapting to change. Dr. Shefali you are truly awesome, it would be my extreme pleasure to meet you or even have a conversation with you ❤️✨✨✨😄👁️🗨️
ОтветитьI am allergic to conformity.
ОтветитьThe more I listen to her talks I keep thinking that I actually turned out pretty good. I'm the youngest of seven kids so my mom was an older parent to me (she was also single) and she was just trying to keep food on the table. I didn't get much help with my homework and I didn't graduate high school, but on my own I learned to play an instrument, on my own I played sports, on my own I learned to paint, on my own I took dance classes, on my own I learned a trade and became a contractor. Unfortunately my wife and I went through ten years of infertility issues before finally being blessed with our son and sadly my mother didn't live to see me become a father. But I strongly feel my mothers strength and tenacity in my son, he's only three but I strongly believe that he will grow up to be an awesome person with or without my help..
ОтветитьI have listened numerous times...it never gets boring... every time I listen to this again, it has a new meaning for me
ОтветитьI find it interesting that within the story of the Budha she talks about trying to find the truth and that they were exposed to sheltered living and kept from the truth of reality yet all Dr. Shefali teaches from is hypothetical stories about fictional characters that she makes up to explain a point so unintelligibly vapid and quite frankly dangerous to any society hoping to thrive that I only listened to this dribbling nonsense as long as I had due to it going in the background as I made pancakes. I like pancakes actually. They are delicious.
ОтветитьGod, I love her🤍
Ответить"If I don't look happy it's your damn fault"! Oh boy does that hit home!
ОтветитьI love the honest and she does not hold back. 🖤💜🤘
ОтветитьYou are in the right field. You are totally fuck up. You denounce good parenting and blaming them fo it. I am surprised coming from your heritage of India where the family unit is their strength.
ОтветитьI make things for a living and there is nothing you can do with a broken light bulb unless you have a very complicated set of equipment to recycle it or maybe are thinking on a geologic time scale. Not sure this is a good analogy for not being a broken person. Breaking societal constraints is not the same as breaking the rules of biology and physics.
ОтветитьWhy doesn’t this have more views?
ОтветитьGreat Dr. Shefali!
ОтветитьYou are awesome. Thank you, thank you for your wisdom and sharing it.
ОтветитьA primo example of the Barnum Effect. Stay far, far away.
ОтветитьSo much of depth in her speech. Thank you
ОтветитьBriiliant!
ОтветитьAbsolutly great! Deeply moving! Thanks!!!
ОтветитьThe best
ОтветитьYou are my Super Sunshine. Thank you Jesus..... Heaven can become on this earth.
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьWow wow wow! I am looking forward to listening to this again...and again...and again! Thank you once again Dr. Shefali 🙏
Ответитьwow what powerful words ! I could listen to you all day, telling me how f*up I am and how I f*up my children, boy do I feel bad now. Bravo ! Now; how do I get a rendez-vous ?
ОтветитьIn one of her video she says it’s hard to break up parent and child relationship and in other video she says it’s very hard to break up couple, even parent child can be okay…..parent will give up being defensive.
ОтветитьLOVE Dr. Shefali!! 💕
It's hard to be gutsy and opinionated being a woman in Japan, but she is my inspiration!!
The best one from mindvalley 👏👏👏
ОтветитьSuffering is Inherent in life. High and lows, good times and bad times are inherent in life. And I also agree that we need to be ourselves — a better version of ourselves, without hurting or harming other people.
I disagree that there isn’t good and bad. There IS GOOD AND EVIL. For example, killing is evil. Pedophilia is evil. For Christians, we believe in God (good) and the devil (evil). And most would agree that Christian beliefs and values are good. But, we Christians also understand that a devil exists so evil exists.
But things like normal aging should Not be bad or evil. Not becoming a doctor, engineer or lawyer is NOT bad! Our society is so twisted that things that are good are considered bad, and things that are bad are considered good (for example, minorities stealing in urban areas).
bro this has just unlocked something in meeeee omg I'm spending this chapter of my life re-raising myself lol it's fun and I'm a terrible parent.
ОтветитьSome people sleepwalk through life while others live in their dreams.😂
ОтветитьI listen n cry cause she talks directly to my soul. Many asians n Indian parents seem 2 push their kids academically n "traditionally" even harder than westerners. I can well imagine how transformational Shefali is 4 her own country particulary, as well as others.
ОтветитьMy immature loveless violent abusive father felt that we were his property, beat us with a belt, gave my mother black eyes, told us that we were a cursed children and that he didn't know why we were born. I see god the father in every violent cowardly bully, every murderer, rapist and criminal
