your PBO options looks like default bios options - they are set limit in 4.15Ghz

hello! nice vid! i have msi mag B650 tomahawk wifi mobo and arctic liquid freezer III 360 for the amd 9 7950X and have set the -30 in the curve as exactly you suggest because i dont have time to do more oc tests.. Will i face any problems in the near feature, especially when running heavy loads for long, because i am afraid that my cpu keeps working in high temps (96 oC) for a long time (when running codes, rendering etc etc), which is bad. Wondering if you had any insights into my dilemma. I have a 7950x3D, msi x670e meg ace, 64gb 6000mhz ddr5, 1300 watt power supply. I'm running cinebench 2024 all core load, and something seems to be limiting my CPU. My score is 2042 (lower than the average 2100 I see online) but my temps will not go over 75 degrees, and power never goes above 99 watts (per what it says on ryzen master). I'm wondering if there is some bios setting that is limiting my TDP on my CPU to 100 watts?

I read in one of the comments below that you have changed out your CPU? What CPU did you change to, and what are your new BIOS settings?

thank you for the video , Sadly those settings didn't work for me, keep getting crash and blue screen and sometimes errors and not even posting, ( that after i tried those setting or undervolting the CPU), and in general i get blue screen and Error with AIDA64 if i turn EXPO On i had to reset the bios like 5 times and try more setting yet no hope in stability unless EXPO off , my specs :
MSI x670 MEG Gaming Ace ,
CPU : 7950x
Ram 4x16 G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series 64GB 6000 Hz

GPU : radeon 6950xt red devil
NZXT z63 cooler .
NVME : curcial p5 2 TB

Is there a way for you to help me to undervolt my pc, reduce energy consumption and permanently lower the temperatures?

Are you using 4 sticks of 16GB DDR5 RAM for total 64GB as I read that some AM5 motherboards does not support 4 sticks? I'm confused beween ASUS Crosshair X670E Hero and MSI MEG X670E as which one is better to buy in terms of performance, features and stability.
