Hi Joelle. I had been having this really stiff/tight/sore right groin/inner thight that I haven't been able to fully shake for about 3 weeks (despite doing many other stretches). Your routine helped me SO much after the doing it that I decided to do it a second time! I can feel the difference when I walk. I will do it again in the evening, too. This video is going to be one of my all time favs! Thanks so much

ОтветитьHi Joelle. It’s Justin. I do have quite a lot of problems with my hips. For the last 7 weeks have been putting with pains in my face from being a victim of assault by a stranger. Fibromyalgia makes the pain feel a lot worse than it seems and takes longer to heal while putting up pains all over my body. My back, hips and shoulders are the worst 😊😊
