Uncensored America to sue USC over funding denial

Uncensored America has announced that it will sue the University of South Carolina after the Student Senate denied over $3,000 in funding for a controversial 'roast' of Vice President Kamala Harris. Sean Semanko, founder of the group, said that Uncensored America intends to sue anyone they believe is infringing on their First Amendment Rights, including students and faculty. WACH FOX reached out to a spokesperson at the University of South Carolina who said they have not seen the lawsuit but do not comment on ongoing litigation.
