Ooh I have Dark Matter on my shelf and it sounds so good! I love a book that surprises you with the ending. I've also heard a lot of great things about The Silent Patient, so it's nice to hear you enjoyed that one as well.

Dark Matter was also 4 stars for me, very enjoyable and I liked the ending. There was just something a bit lacking that kept that 5th star out. Maybe the pacing?

The Last is on my reading list. I'm hoping I end up liking it. Same for The Silent Patient. I'm excited to give them a try. I tried to read Dark Matter, but ended up DNFing it. The book itself wasn't bad. It was good, and so was the writing. I just wasn't into it.

Have you read Missing Molly by Natalie Barelli? I just finished it on audio and enjoyed it, it has a trope I know you like. Synopsis: a 12 year old girl goes missing after her family is murdered and a newspaper wants to start a podcast to find Molly 11 years later...but Molly works for this paper under her new name....drama ensues.
