By the way, this is just my observation, I find it too distracting to see your face in the video. I suggest show it a few seconds at the beginning and a few seconds in the end. Alternatively, if you still want to be seen all throughout, I think better make it a thumbnail size.

For icons I like to use Flaticon. It's free and has millions of icons. Also you can download the chosen one in different size, color and file format.
