I can't imagine how much you could charge for a cookery course in the UK.. so thx for this. I don't intend to use Lamb (lamb is more expensive here in the US) or saffron.. but the techniques and tips are nice to know. Also it would be nice to have tips for healthier items. I cook for 3 people (2 of them elderly) on a 250$ a month budget.

I don't think "On a Budget" means what Gordon thinks it means.

The camera work is really terrible and it makes me dizzy. Sometimes the focus is on Gordon's face and not showing how it's done, and sometimes focusing on the side of the pan. What's the point with all these "fancy" camera work in a COOKING show?

I probably shouldn't watch this right now. I have oatmeal (yuk), rice and pasta in the cupboards and a half of a store bought pizza in the fridge at the moment ! Lol. I'm going to get super hungry and just torture myself !

I will use this technique on pork and beef, pork is less expensive so if I mess it up I can try again. Looks easy enough. Thank you for the technique. Amazon, car hop trays.

90% sure that lamb and saffron can be cheaper in the uk- but sicne gordon maybe doesn't define what budget he is employing exactly it's hard to tell.

thank you so much for caring about us little people that cannot afford lobster and shrimp in T-bone steaks thank you for caring about our health you really have changed me to want to cook my kids are all grown up and out the house and I eat a lot of salads and Blended lot of fruit I've just kind of given up but your shows have really helped me learn how to cook with more vegetables and herbs am legally blind and I'm scared I was scared of cooking but you you make it so easy and I don't know if anybody is reading this but thank you thank you so much you're showing me that I can cook healthy and in a budget
