Their transfer fee and purchasing fee is ridicilously high and they already started to loose clients , seems like a typical eastern european scam !!!!

They are big time scams.
I can't get in to my account as many others.
Many e-mails asking for documentation, that i provide and nothing happened.

i just had a conversation with Khrystyna from Wirex.
i take back all the negative reviews i did and said for Wirex.
finaly my accoutn is good to go.
what was the problem?
change of memorable word and uninstall and re-install the Wirex app on my phone.
now everything works perfect and the response in live chat was very fast.
i advise everyone that has issues to do so.

uk based company run by russian nationals with a customer service based in the Ukraine.
do your research on this company starting with fca, companies house, etc etc

Very interesting interview and I like what the future holds for Wirex members. My only concern is that the verification method is not clear. When you go to verify your account it states that they accept PDF for address proof, but when I upload my proof of address in PDF format they told me that they don't accept it anymore, which is fine but they didn't state what format they accepted. I'm still trying to get my account verified. I've now uploaded another proof of address and are waiting to see if this one is excepted.

Loved the information provided, though I feel concerned about the 2FA+ processes. I have an old smartphone and have google authenticator, but cannot install any apps from playstore--can't even get playstore.
