ОтветитьI added this on to the 20-minte standing arm workout to get my heartrate up a little more and it was perfect. I've been feeling unmotivated lately so starting with something short is perfect. I'll have to save this one as a favorite for when I don't feel much motivation. Thank you as always.

Feeling amazing now, had your voice in my head the whole time saying "ten minutes is better than no minutes" and "consistency compounds"! ОтветитьI have been pairing this with your HIIT strong workouts and finish feeling energized! Love the moves and energy. This is one of my faves. Would be fun to do a HIIT workout with 5-10 minute cardio at the end.

Routines of 10, 15, 20 and more minutes are very effective and help many of us when we do not have time to exercise or also because they help us complete an exercise routine we have done in advance.
