ОтветитьThese thumbs down must be from medical professionals supporting statins, means billions of profits.
Ответитьwhen you going to come to oregon to do speech ? peter attia ?? please come to oregon if need place to stay it free for you sir
ОтветитьAny idea what the takeaways are for coronary health? All I got out of it was "reduce carb intake to reduce triglycerides", but it's way over my head.
Ответитьthat initial quote was from Bastiat. that man was a gift to humanity.
ОтветитьWe aren't supposed to "fixate" on the particle size, yet the sdLDL particles are evidence that something is wrong in our system. Sounds like that's exactly what I should be looking at if it's going to eventually kill me. If the particle count is up, more than likely they are the smaller and denser ldl - it's all related, it is in my blood labs anyway. So the ultimate goal is to resolve/figure out what is causing this inflammation that is giving me the high Lp-PLA2 number that he refers to at the end of the presentation.
ОтветитьI had A STEMI Widowmaker in December of 2018, which stopped my heart for five mins. At the time I weighed 226, smoked 6-8 cigars a day and ate, on average, 2 pounds of candy a day. I stopped all that, dropped carbs, processed food, and most sugar. I don't to any HFCS. My LDL-P is 2286. WTF? I I'm having a hard time finding a cardiologist who hasn't had the Kool-Aid. I need to give somebody I can trust on this. I'm 62 years old male. Any suggestions on where to turn?
ОтветитьThe body produces way more cholesterol than it eats. Therefore eating it is not dangerous. This same logic is applicable to EVERY mammal including bunnies, cows, dears. So it is not unhealthy for them to animal products as well. Genius.
ОтветитьI at first had taken this amazing cholesterol guidebook “Hοzantο Axy” (Google it) to help decrease my "bad" cholesterol and improve the "good" cholesterol. I have no clue whether or not it`s completed yet; I have not had any new blood work ever since I started out making use of it. I cannot hold out to have my cholesterol level screened once again in one or two months. Based on all the things I`ve look over, this should help. .
ОтветитьOK, cameraman, what's the fascination with the audience?
ОтветитьWow are humans ever lucky
ОтветитьI had been looking for an item to assist get my cholesterol down right from 245 to at least 199 and this extraordinary cholesterol manual “Hοzantο Axy” (Google it) basically got me to 216 in just 3 weeks with out adjusting my diet I recognize if I eat better I will get there sooner. .
ОтветитьDid i miss his comments on 'statins' ?
ОтветитьI would love to have seen the presentation he is pointing at all the time... Very interesting anyways! Thank you, much Love
ОтветитьSo... Wtf is the bottom line? High cholesterol does not cause heart disease so we can eat it in abundance??
ОтветитьThey must have hired the laziest camera guy in the World!
ОтветитьThe cameraman used to work at Stand Up's, kek.
ОтветитьIf you are going to upload this; a splitscreen (with the slides) is vital. Some sites do this. This was embarassing.
ОтветитьPlease correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't gut health has a lot to do with atherosclerosis?
Ответитьto make it really simple adopt high fat, moderate protein and low card or NO carb at all.
ОтветитьThis is so far over my head how did I get here
ОтветитьA trip to the grocery store tells me things are getting worse not better with the stuff they are calling food. Shop and eat wisely if you value your health.
ОтветитьYou can tell this guy is crazy smart.
ОтветитьWhat a good video!!! Thank you
ОтветитьWorthless without the slides...
ОтветитьI would love to see the slides - can we get them from Dr. Attia?
ОтветитьMay as well say the sin qua non of a broken arm is a cast. Like the cast causes the broken arm.
ОтветитьAll very well and good. But where does one find a primary care physician in Canada who knows or even cares about such things?
ОтветитьCholesterol is in your entire circulatory system. Why is there clogging of the ARTERIES close to the heart and not in the veins or capillaries in your nose, ear or knee?
This is because the pumping of the heart can cause hairline cracks. Blood pressure is highest in this area. These hairline cracks are repaired by a sticky substance LP(a), to prevent from getting worse.
Why don't animals have cardiovascular disease?
Almost all animals produce large amounts of vitamin C in their liver.
On average 35 mg/kg body weight. So we have to take at least about 3000 mg of vitamin C ourselves because humans cannot make vitamin C. You get strong collagen tissue, strong connective tissue, strong arteries. Hairline cracks no longer form and arterial plaque is removed and burned in the liver.
Repair with cholesterol is therefore a consequence of a deficiency of vitamin C.
So do not take statins, but vitamin C in a high dose: at least 3 grams, better: 6 to 10 grams
Source: Cardiovascular disease and vitamin C (Dr. Rath Foundation).
I'm impressed with the number of people taking the time to complain (sometimes quite angrily and bitterly) in the comments about the absence of slides without taking that same time to look in the description to find them. This is a common format to have the video of the presenter and then a separate link to the slides. It's beautiful how much high quality free educational materials are out there.
ОтветитьFrom the look at the audience I'm not the only one that don't have a clue of what he's talking about 😆
Ответитьwhole vegan diet cures all ills
Ответитьwhy can't I just download the slides? painful. stupid actually
ОтветитьPlease fire the camera person!! We see many views of the crowd, but never of the many charts that Peter is referring to. What a dumb camera person.
ОтветитьOk so how and why is athlerosclerosis caused by cholesterol.
ОтветитьWhy do the boats dump the cargo at the artery wall. You jump aroung the most important part.
ОтветитьSorry we cannot see the diagram you are talking about ,if you please make it visible thank you
ОтветитьThey thought they knew it all 50 years ago, and we'd sure about it., then found they were wrong. Why so sure they "really" know n ow? Not possible they could be wrong, again?
ОтветитьNeed good food put in the body.🧐
ОтветитьDr. Attia, I would love to have you as a guest on my podcast. It's so important that people understand the truth about cholesterol!
ОтветитьWhat about the increase risks with animal protein and the cancer. If we eat more cholesterol we eat more animal protein
ОтветитьSo if the people he’s talking about walking around with 40-50 ldl, and don’t get atherosclerosis, wouldn’t that kinda make sense where we need to be 😂. I guess he’s got to justify how that’s bad somehow 😂
Ответитьtoo bad we can't see the slides
