I just watched this, then called my credit union, they say I have to have the LLC paperwork/EIN number for them to set up the account. I have actually already started working on my business and making sales. Just need to officially setup... can of confused now.

Ok now talk about all the fees, taxes, and forms you have to fill out.

Taxes you have to pay every year on stuff you but for your business, even though you paid taxes when you bought it.

The fee to fill a form every year that says your company has less, more or the same amount of employees. Because they say so.

The forms you have to file every year and the fees to have an account to put the money you have to pay taxes from. One for city, and one for county.

Oh and how all of these are due even if your company didn't make one cent that year. Because... they say so.

there's one thing college and university teach you , it's that time doesn't matter , keep things formal and make them take longer than it needs , I had a friend who went to college who spent 5 hours in the toilet per day thinking and calculating how to get up , good on him he's an EDUCATED guy (fake education though)

Everyone seems to do all the setup without having an actual problem to solve. Solve a problem and get paid for it. Do it a lot. If its worth it -> Then file all the docs and formalities.

orrrr you know un popular opinion here , you could just skip the documents n all that at first , figure out whether your plans gonna work or not (meaning make and sell a product to someone) and if they keep coming back or telling more people to come buy your product , then set up the documentation and business bank account . cause realistically most people get waist deep into something and as soon as something goes wrong they bail out of the whole situation which would make it pointless for them to even have a bank attached to their documents and llc 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have a real question some of the business owners out there

I’m having a little bit of a cash flow issue due to me being new to my area, so I know I need to buy my EIN from the federal government to open up my bank account but I know I need to keep a certain amount of income in that said, bank account to not accrue a bunch of Charges

Unfortunately, since my cash flow is only like four to $500 a month I don’t feel like it’s a good idea to open up a bank account and start spending all this money when I really haven’t been making any at all yet by my EIM and then to open up an account

Is this stupid or am I just thinking about these things the wrong way
