How to do SEO for new websites

Thanks for posting this video some good info, I do comment on blogs usually always relevant to my business or things im interested in. I have been wondering though how this affects my seo or if it does at all. Some people say no dont it, some say yes its good to do.I think commenting is important if someone writes something that im interested in or what there writen has  helped me out i definitely want to say thanks.
