Mine broke after 14 months. Out if warranty and cant use it- unless keep it and still have to scoop from now on. Common issue is the weight sensor that it erroneously identify cat is inside, even if it’s not. So it will not cycle/clean. Support is no help, no tutorials or parts replacement whatever if you want to repair it etc. well at least i have a very convenient life for 14months- $600 worth of convenience.

The machine is really good. Unfortunately one of my cats cannot enter the box as the door is kinda small…. My cat has long leg 😅
