ОтветитьDoes patellar tendonitis cause sharp stabbing pain when doing a unweighted leg extension? Any weight is 9.5 pain level. I can't even lift my leg and doctor says it's just patellar tendonitis....

ОтветитьI recently did some intense jump training (e.g., jumping rope for an hour). It caused a lot of pain in my knees, and it barely seemed to go away. Now, I've been doing this type of workout for about a week, and finally, I'm not limping anymore, and the pain is completely gone. Before that, I rested my leg for two weeks, hoping that would help, but it didn't. However, this video really did help. Thanks!

Ответитьis it normal to not feel knee paint until after your run? like about 30 mins after i started to feel it in my right knee and about another 2 days after that then it faded also when i tried your thumb massaging the tendon i could clearly feel the difference in my right one compared to my left almost as if my right one wasn’t attached firmly to my knee it felt weird..

ОтветитьHi I've tried this and wow it helped alot it's under my knee and it gets worse when sat there but when walking ain't to bad but still ache a question is it just the inflammation and doing this how many times a day also will this go after time please tell me it does as I have a party coming up and wanna boogey lol 😂😂😂

ОтветитьHi, I’ve tried all of the tips and it’s relieved my knee pain but the quad stretch flares it up again and gives me some pain in the knee when I stretch the quad, is that meant to be normal?
ОтветитьI did everything in this video on Friday to try and start doing extra stuff to help my tendon pain get better, this did the complete opposite. Since I tried everything in this video I’ve barely been able to walk up stairs. My quad is completely fried, my tendon is extremely inflamed. Just wait it out honestly, this stuff will only make things worse. Do not try.

Ответитьi’m 14 and play soccer, but i’ve been stuck with this knee pain for about two years. when it first started, i went through physical therapy and laser treatments, but nothing worked. i kept taking long breaks from soccer, hoping it would fix itself, but every time i came back, it was the same. eventually, the pain dulled, and i thought i was fine. but now it’s back, and it’s worse—hurting whenever i jump, squat, or climb stairs. i found your video and figured maybe this could finally help.

ОтветитьMine is so bad that I can barely walk. I have to use knee braces to work & take small baby steps. I went to a clinic & these stretches & exercise is what they recommend. So this is real PT stuff.

ОтветитьThis is amazing! I'm training for the papat in BC and there is so much jumping of hurdles 5 ft math etc etc. I've never had issues qirh my knees until now. I don't want to lose my momentum but I also don't want an Injury that will put me back in progress! I wanted to know is it supposed to be painful when you massage the patellar tendon?? Mine feels quite painful. Or is that the point to this massage is to release that pain?? I love your videos thanks so much!!

ОтветитьI just came across this video and I hope this helps😢. I’ve not been able to play soccer for 6 months now even after therapy sessions. Every time I tried playing, it’ll just hurt again after 10 mins of playing and it’ll takes weeks to try again just for the pain to come back. I’ll testify if this thing really works but I’m really encouraged by the comments 🙏🙏
