Come on now once again the news is lying to everyone. It's obvious they don't have the information that they think they do. The shooter was a convicted felon as such he had absolutely no means of buying a gun. So there's no way he can be the shooter since there is no avenue for him to go down and get a gun. All the laws that are in place stops convicted felons from going into a gun shop and purchasing a legal firearm. So how did this man end up with a gun if he's a convicted felon? It's almost like he either had stolen the gun himself or bought it from someone on the street. But we all know that doesn't happen just ask the Democrats and their president. The gun laws stop this convicted felon from getting a gun so that means he had no way of shooting this person on the bus. So I guess tomorrow when the courts get all the information they will set this fine citizen free seeing that he is no threat to the public since he has no way of purchasing a firearm.

This is proof that gun control does not stop criminals from buying guns. There is no legal way for him to buy a gun. He had to buy it on the black market. All the proposed gun laws and restrictions are not going to affect the black market because it is already illegal.
