hey,,,i am just wondering,, N690 is stainless steel,,,and every "bigger" knife maker says,,it must be heat treated in stainless foil...without air present and so on,,,air cooling etc,,
i know that Nordisches handwerk says for this steel,can be treated in oil...
can you tell us more about your experience about heat treating SS steel on this way,,
and are you satisfied with results?

cool technique with the grinding bit and the drill press, ill be using that.

RvD knives, once every 6 months you should select a subscriber and make that subscriber a knife. That’s a good way to build your channel! What do you think?
