It's unfortunate that he only came out to sang one song, as Wings was already disbanded by this poin sadly. The show would have been significant considering 70's clips of Wings and how badass they where. But this particular Concert for Paul I'm sure was a significant moment for him in a personal way, given the recent loss of John and performing without Wings.

Sorry..but even Paul was a bit sloppy here. But I guess it' isn't a fair when comparing everyone to Queen on this night.

This isn't the original TV broadcast, it's an edit. His vocal microphone famously failed for the first two minutes. Good luck trying to find the original though, apart from the radio broadcast, it's disappeared. Someone must have it somewhere on an old VHS video, check your attics.

McCartney’s mic died moments into this performance, without him realising, which is why the other four singers come out to help him. The choice to redub the whole thing, including the speaking, for subsequent screenings and official releases like this, with McCartney attempting to match his own lip movements but not quite pulling it off, is really bizarre.
